Discretion is a founding value of Welconcept. This policy describes the data we collect through welconcept.com, how we use it, and your rights. It applies to website visitors, membership applicants and members.
01.Data controller

02.Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide to us and the data strictly necessary for the website to operate:
- Forms (membership, contact): first name, last name, email address, phone number, desired membership type, services of interest, free-form message.
- Technical data related to the submission: originating page, browser type, chosen language.
- Anti-bot security data via Cloudflare Turnstile (verification token, IP address at the time of verification).
- Within membership: information exchanged with your advisor for the execution of your requests.
03.Purposes
Your data is processed to:
- Handle and respond to your membership and contact requests.
- Send you a welcome email presenting our services following your request.
- Manage the member relationship: requests, bookings, preferences.
- Keep the website secure (prevention of automated submissions).
- Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
04.Legal bases
Depending on the case: the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the membership agreement (handling your requests), your consent (communications), and our legitimate interest (website security, service improvement).
05.Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It is only shared with the technical providers required to operate the website and, for members, with the providers strictly necessary to execute their requests (e.g. a hotel for a booking):
- Website hosting: OVHcloud (European Union).
- Secure database: Supabase (hosted in the European Union).
- Email delivery: Resend (hosted in the European Union).
- Anti-bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile.
06.Retention periods
Contact and application data is kept for the time needed to process it, and for a maximum of 3 years after the last exchange. Member data is kept for the duration of the membership, then archived in accordance with applicable legal periods. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your rights”).
07.Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), restricted database access, anti-bot verification of forms, and a strict need-to-know principle within the team.
08.Your rights
In accordance with Law No. 2017-20 on the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin and, for European Union residents, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data.
To exercise them, write to contact@welconcept.com describing your request; we will respond as promptly as possible. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Benin, the APDP).
09.Cookies and trackers
The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party audience measurement trackers. Only technical elements strictly necessary for operation (form security via Cloudflare Turnstile) may set identifiers.
10.Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or in regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page; members will be informed of any substantial change.
