Welconcept — Legal information
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These terms and conditions govern the use of welconcept.com and the concierge services provided by Welconcept. Any membership application or service request implies full acceptance of these terms.
01.About Welconcept
Welconcept is a premium concierge providing lifestyle services to individuals (Private Membership) and companies (Corporate Membership): travel, hospitality, events, everyday management, privileged access and bespoke experiences.
Registered office: Boutique Immeuble Concorde, en face de l'échangeur — Carré 29-30, Tokpa Hoho, Cotonou (Benin). Contact: contact@welconcept.com.
02.Nature of services — intermediation
Welconcept acts as an intermediary between its members and a carefully selected network of third-party providers (hotels, transport companies, restaurants, event organisers, guides, artisans, etc.).
Services booked through Welconcept are performed by these providers under their own responsibility and subject to their own conditions (pricing, cancellation, insurance). Welconcept undertakes to use all reasonable means to secure the best possible execution — this is an obligation of means, not of result.
03.Membership
Access to the services is reserved for members. Applications are made through the website form or directly with our team. Welconcept reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without having to justify its decision.
Membership is personal (or attached to the company for the Corporate offer) and may not be transferred. The financial terms of membership (fee, service levels) are communicated during the admission interview and set out in the membership agreement.
04.Requests and execution
Requests are addressed to the dedicated advisor through the agreed channels. Welconcept responds as promptly as possible, depending on the nature of the request, provider lead times and availability.
Welconcept reserves the right to decline any request that is unlawful, contrary to public order or ethics, or likely to harm its reputation or that of its partners.
05.Pricing and invoicing
The costs of services supplied by third parties (accommodation, transport, dining, ticketing, etc.) are borne by the member and communicated before commitment, as a quotation or estimate where the nature of the service allows.
Unless otherwise stated, provider prices may change until final confirmation of the booking. Certain services may carry service fees, announced in advance.
06.Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and modification conditions are those of the providers concerned; they are communicated to the member upon confirmation. Welconcept assists its members with cancellation procedures but cannot guarantee a refund where the provider's conditions do not allow it.
07.Liability
Welconcept shall not be held liable for non-performance or improper performance attributable to third-party providers, to the member, or to force majeure (unforeseeable, irresistible and external events).
In any event, should Welconcept's liability be established, it shall be limited to the amounts actually received by Welconcept for the service concerned.
08.Confidentiality and discretion
Discretion is at the heart of Welconcept's craft. Information relating to members, their requests and their habits is never disclosed to third parties, except to providers strictly required to execute requests and where legally required. See also our Privacy Policy.
Reciprocally, the member undertakes not to disclose the special conditions, contacts and advantages negotiated by Welconcept within its network.
09.Term and termination
Membership is entered into for the term specified in the membership agreement. Either party may terminate it under the conditions stipulated therein.
Welconcept may suspend or terminate membership as of right in the event of serious breach by the member: abusive behaviour towards teams or partners, unlawful requests, payment default, or misuse of the services.
10.Intellectual property
All elements of welconcept.com (brand, monogram, texts, photographs, design) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
11.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Benin. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable solution before any action; failing that, the competent courts of Cotonou shall have jurisdiction.
